This work begins with the Biobetters Translational Initiative, which focuses on expanding equitable access to next-generation immunotherapies in low- and middle-income countries.

Biobetters Initiative

The Biobetters Translational Initiative uses advanced protein engineering techniques to rapidly develop improved antibody therapeutics, addressing the challenge of prohibitive biotherapeutic costs and unmet patient needs in areas of the world where these therapies are traditionally inaccessible and unaffordable. Integrating techniques like yeast display and AI modeling, the initiative generates antibodies with superior manufacturability, efficacy, and safety.
